\u00a7 1<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The Guest who rents the house is obliged to present a document with a photo confirming the Guest’s identity upon check-in. In the case of refusal to present the document in a way that prevents the check-in, the Receptionist is obliged to refuse to issue a room key.<\/li>
  2. The house is rented for days. Check-in time shall be considered from 2.00 pm until 12.00 the following day.<\/li>
  3. The amount due for renting the cottage must be paid on arrival at the latest.<\/li>
  4. Non-refundable advance payment up to 30% of the total stay cost to the given bank account number.<\/li>
  5. Upon check-in, we collect a deposit of 500 PLN, which is returned upon departure, after confirming lack of damages or destroyed equipment.<\/li>
  6. Check-in takes place between 16:00 and 20:00, if you wish to arrive at a different time, please notify us by 16:00 on the day of arrival.<\/li>
  7. The day before the end of the stay, please contact the resident to arrange the time of his arrival to collect the keys. Please do not leave the house before the arrival of the resident or the person indicated by him.<\/li>
  8. In the case of shortening the stay, we do not refund the funds for unused days remaining until the end of the stay.<\/li>
  9. The owner has the right to refuse to accept a guest if he violated the regulations of the facility during his previous stay.<\/li>
  10. Commencement of the stay is tantamount to accepting these regulations by the Guest.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a7 2<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The guest may not transfer the house to other people, also during the rental period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    People who are not checked-in in the facility may stay with the Guest at their request from 7:00 to 22:00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a7 3<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    G\u00f3rski & Polny Kwiat<\/strong> shall not be liable for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables, other things and valuables or items of scientific or artistic value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a7 4<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. There is a curfew in the house from 22:00 to 7:00.<\/li>
    2. The guest is obliged to use the house in a manner consistent with its purpose and the principles of social coexistence, in particular in a way that does not disturb the peace of third parties, including people living in the neighbouring buildings. Our facility may refuse further provision of services to a person who breaches this principle.<\/li>
    3. If the Guest’s behaviour during their stay will grossly violate the peace of other Guests, including people living in neighbouring buildings, the resident retains the right to:
      1. call the competent public services or the security of the facility and in this case the Guest will be charged with the cost of the intervention in the amount of PLN 1,000,<\/li>
      2. immediate termination of the rental, resulting in the necessity to leave the house. <\/li><\/ol><\/li>
      3. It is forbidden to organize grand events in the house, including hen and stag parties.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        \u00a7 5<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Parking is unguarded and free of charge.<\/li>
        2. There are two parking spaces reserved for the house as indicated by the resident. Please, park only in a designated place.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          1. G\u00f3rski & Polny Kwiat<\/strong> is not responsible for damage or theft of a vehicle belonging to the Guest.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            \u00a7 6<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. In the house, in accordance with the Act of April 8, 2010 on the protection of health against the consequences of using tobacco and tobacco products and the Act on the State Sanitary Inspection (Journal of Laws, no. 81, item 529) it is strictly forbidden to smoke cigarettes and tobacco products, with the exception of balconies, terraces and places designated outside, in front of the building.<\/li>
            2. Breaking the above ban on smoking is tantamount to the consent of the owner of the house to cover the costs of dearomatization of the house in the amount of PLN 1,000.<\/li>
            3. Due to the comfort of all our guests, we do not accept pets.<\/li>
            4. Please do not wear ski boots in the rooms of the house (skis and ski boots should be left in the place indicated by the resident – if such a place is designated for the house).<\/li>
            5. Due to fire safety, it is prohibited to use heaters, irons and other electrical equipment in the apartments that is not equipment of the house. This does not apply to chargers and power adapters for electronic devices.<\/li>
            6. We kindly ask you to sort your rubbish and throw it into the bins located in front of the building in the place indicated by the resident. <\/li>
            7. The guest is obliged to take care of the house with due diligence, in particular, he is obliged to close the front door and windows of the house during his absence, and not to take items that are equipped with the house outside its area.<\/li>
            8. The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of objects, equipment and technical devices of the facility, as well as permanent elements of the building, caused by his or her visitors.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              \u00a7 7<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              1. Any problems, inconvenience or defects should be reported to the resident immediately. If they are not reported immediately, the owner may charge the Guest with possible costs of removing the defect.<\/li>
              2. G\u00f3rski & Polny Kwiat<\/strong> is not responsible for any difficulties resulting from random events and force majeure, as well as inconvenience occurring outside the building.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                \u00a7 9<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Personal belongings left in the room by the departing guests will be listed and registered as found items. Such items may be sent back to the indicated address at the Guest’s expense, upon the guest’s prior request. If there is no instruction, the owner of the facility will store the items for one month and then dispose of them.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
